Cardiac arrest is the most common cause of death and the number of deaths is getting larger every year.
In 2019 about 650,000 died from cardiac arrest however in 2022 in america alone there where a little less than 700,000 reported deaths. Its a very high number and it is a very concerning number. Naturally people would want to help but they dont know what to do.
How can you save lives ?
You can help by learning CPR our recommendation is to do it online for less than 20 Euros it comes with texts and videos to help you and you have to take a test at the end and you get a certificate.
